Shop Auberge Policies
Ordering InformationPlease call 707-967-3220 for larger orders.
All orders processed from 9am-5pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Thursday. Orders received Friday through Sunday ship the following Tuesday.
All items are shipped from our resort in Rutherford, California. We strive to ship orders the same business day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 2 business days to ship.
Shipping & HandlingAt Shop Auberge, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:
- The delivery option you choose
- The weight, size and dimensions of your items
Due to the perishable nature of the culinary market items (food, candy and chocolate), shipping options are either Standard Overnight or 2-Day Delivery and this is noted within the description of the item. The culinary market items are shipped Mondays through Thursdays with a gel pack, to ensure their arrival in premium condition.

Shipping RestrictionsWe currently do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO/APO or international addresses.
Gift CertificatesWe do not charge any shipping costs for gift certificate shipping via standard mail (5-7 days). We only charge shipping costs when expedited shipping is requested for gift certificates. If you would prefer to contact Auberge du Soleil directly for your gift request, or for expedited shipping, please call 707-967-3220. Auberge du Soleil gift certificates do not expire.
Shipping NotesWhile we work to ensure shipping times are accurate, Auberge du Soleil shall not be held liable for any interruption of shipping/delivery service due to causes beyond its control.
Return PolicyWhile we take pride in every Auberge du Soleil product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Shop Auberge gladly accepts unused, unopened, or defective merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds are processed 72 hours after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
